Founded by former Alcoa scientist Dr. Nicolas Peeters, LifeSink LLC is the world's first engineering design firm developing the next generation of negative buoyancy wearable flotation equipment (WFE), for both the maritime mining industry and personal recreation. 

A fully independent organization, LifeSink nevertheless leverages its relationship with Alcoa and its suppliers in the aim of improving underwater mining safety, while developing applications that can be exciting for the recreational diver or boating safety markets.
